General Information

Mabul Island located at south east of Sabah or North Borneo. Mabul is a small island off the south-eastern coast of Sabah in Malaysia. The island has been a fishing village since the 1970s. Then in the 1990s, it first became popular to divers due to its proximity to Sipadan IslandThe nears town and jetty terminal is Semporna town.

Located 15 km from Sipadan, this 20-hectare piece of land surfaces 2–3 meters above sea level, consists mostly flat grounds and aerial view is oval-shaped. Surrounding it are sandy beaches, perched on the northwest corner of a larger two square kilometre reef.

Day 01:

ETD0830 (afternoon @ 1400). Welcome drink and briefing before checking into your respective rooms. 1^st snorkel by boat (Mabul). Lunch. 2^nd boat snorkel (Mabul/Kapalai). Enjoy the sunset over Mabul. Dinner. O/N Sipadan Dive Centre Mabul (SDCM)

Day 02:

Bfst. AM boat snorkel (Mabul/ Kapalai). Late AM boat snorkel (Mabul/Kapalai). Lunch. PM boat snorkel (Mabul/Kapalai)/ Dinner. O/N SDCM

Day 03:

Bfst. Check out and decide on which boat transfer they would follow 0700/1000/1600 hrs. The end.
