DAY 1 – Sandakan, Sepilok & Labuk Bay

• Morning:
  First, you will arrive in Sandakan on an early flight from Kuala Lumpur. After that, we will pick you up from the airport or your hotel. Then, we will drive you to the Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary. This place is in a forest near Samawang Village. Here, you will see the famous Proboscis Monkeys up close. You may also see other animals like Silver Leaf Monkeys, Pig-tailed Macaques, and Kingfishers. This is part of your fun Sandakan Kundasang & Kota Kinabalu Tours.

  Lunch:
  Next, we will have lunch at a local restaurant.

  Afternoon:
  After lunch, we will take you to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. At 3:00 PM, you will see the orangutans when they are fed. Then, we will continue your Sandakan Kundasang & Kota Kinabalu Tours by visiting Sandakan City. Then, you will visit well-known places like Puh Jih Shih Temple, World War 2 Memorial Park, St. Michael’s Church, and Agnes Keith’s House.

DAY 2 – Sandakan, Maroli River (Fish Spa) & Poring

• Morning:
  After breakfast, you will travel by road to Ranau, which takes about 3.5 hours. On the way, you’ll stop for a local lunch. This gives you a chance to relax before continuing your journey.

  Afternoon:
  Next, head to Kampung Luanti, where you can enjoy a fish massage at Maroli River. After that, continue to Poring Hot Springs, named after the word for bamboo. Here, you can take a walk through the jungle, passing wild fruit trees, giant bamboos, and ginger plants. Then, you will reach the Jungle Canopy Walkway, 40 meters above the ground. (This might not be good for those afraid of heights.) Once finished, you can relax in the outdoor tubs with hot or cold mineral water. Thereafter, this is a highlight of your Sandakan Kundasang & Kota Kinabalu Tours.

  Optional:
  If you like, you can also visit the Butterfly Farm or take a short jungle trail for more fun.

  Evening:

DAY 3 – Kundasang & Kota Kinabalu

• Morning:
  After breakfast, head to the Kundasang Vegetable Market. Here, you can explore fresh fruits and local produce. Next, visit Kinabalu National Park. A park ranger will guide you and show you the plants and animals. Then, take a 1.5-hour jungle walk to learn more about the Montane Forest. Also, this part of your Sandakan Kundasang & Kota Kinabalu Tours is a wonderful chance to connect with nature.

  Lunch:
  Next, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

  Afternoon:
  After lunch, continue your trip to Nabalu Town, where Sir Hugh Low once set up his base camp for his Mount Kinabalu expedition. On the way back to Kota Kinabalu, stop at Tamparuli Suspension Bridge for a short walk and beautiful views.

  Evening:
