6 Day 5 Night Sabah Nature Wildlife Seaventure

 

Day 1 Nature Wildlife SeaVentures: Kota Kinabalu City Tours

First, when you arrive at the airport, you will be met by our friendly staff. Then, you will start a half-day city tour — a great way to begin your Nature Wildlife SeaVentures experience.

Next, the tour takes you to some of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the city. Also, you will see green parks, open spaces, and lovely views. Moreover, this is the perfect time to enjoy the local Nature Wildlife SeaVentures.

After that, you will visit important and interesting places. First, one stop is the 30-storey Wisma Tun Mustapha, also called the Sabah Foundation Building. Then, you will go to the Sabah Museum (temporarily closed) to learn about local history, culture, and Wildlife.

Soon, you will head to the Sabah State and City Mosque. Besides, it is one of the most beautiful buildings in Sabah. Furthermore, the design is amazing and shows how people and Nature live together in harmony.

Later, your guide will take you to a local handicraft shop. Besides, this is a good chance to buy some souvenirs — something special to remember your Nature Wildlife SeaVenturesby.

After the tour, you will continue your journey to Kundasang, a cool and quiet highland town. Additionally, you will stay overnight here. Also, please choose your hotel or room type before your trip.

Finally, once you arrive and check in, the rest of the day is free. Then, you can walk around, enjoy the fresh mountain air, or just relax. In addition, this area is full of Nature and close to places where you can see Wildlife. More Nature Wildlife SeaVentures are waiting for you tomorrow.

Day 2 Nature Wildlife SeaVentures: Kinabalu National Park

To begin your day, enjoy breakfast at your stay. Right after that, you will travel to Kinabalu National Park. This park is one of the best places to enjoy cool weather and fresh air. It is a great start to your Nature Wildlife SeaVentures and a perfect place to enjoy Nature.

Then, you will visit the beautiful Botanical Garden. Here, you can see many special plants like orchids, ferns, rhododendrons, pitcher plants, and the kerosene tree. Some of these amazing plants are only found in Borneo. It is a great moment to learn more about local Nature and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Next, at around 11:00 AM, a park ranger will meet you. The ranger will give a short talk about the forest’s Wildlife and plants. You will learn about the rare animals and trees that live only on the island of Borneo. This is a very good time for Nature learning and simple SeaVentures in the forest.

After that, you will take a short jungle walk near the Park Headquarters. This walk takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. As you walk, enjoy the cool air and see the Montane Forest up close. It’s a calm and easy hike — just right for all Nature Wildlife SeaVentures lovers.

Soon after the walk, you will stop for lunch at a local restaurant. This is a good time to relax and enjoy local food before your next adventure.

Next, you will travel to Poring Hot Springs, about 42 km away. “Poring ” means bamboo in the local language. On the way, you’ll pass hills and forests full of Nature Wildlife SeaVentures.

When you arrive, you’ll walk through a forest with wild fruit trees, giant bamboo, and ginger plants with flowers you can eat. This area is rich in Nature Wildlife SeaVentures and makes your SeaVentures even more special.

After walking, you’ll reach the canopy walkway (temporarily closed-2025)— a bridge high above the trees, about 40 meters above ground. From here, you can see the forest from the top. But if you are afraid of heights, you may skip this part.

Later, you can relax in the outdoor tubs filled with hot or cold mineral water. It is a perfect way to enjoy the Nature and rest your legs after a full walk.

If you want to explore more, you can also visit the Butterfly Farm or take a short jungle trail. These options are fun and great for those who want to see more Nature Wildlife SeaVentures and enjoy light SeaVentures.

By 4:00 PM, you will leave for Sepilok. The drive takes about 4 hours.

Finally, when you arrive, you will check in at your hotel — either Sepilok Nature Resort (3-star) or Sepilok Jungle Resort (2-star) or Borneo Sepilok Rainforest Resort (3-star). All accommodations close to the famous OrangUtan Rehabilitation Centre. You can now rest and enjoy the calm Nature around you, before more Nature Wildlife SeaVentures tomorrow.

Day 3 Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre & Kinabatangan River Cruise

After breakfast, your morning adventure begins. First, at around 8:30 AM, take a short walk to the Sepilok Orangutan Centre. Here, you will watch a short 20-minute video that explains the nursery’s goal — to care for baby orangutans and help protect Wildlife. This is a great way to learn more about Nature in Sabah.

Next, you will walk to the feeding platform. At 10:00 AM, a park ranger will feed the orangutans. This is your chance to see these special animals in their Nature home. It is a quiet, calm moment to enjoy the beauty of the jungle and watch how the orangutans live.

Then, by 11:00 AM, you can freshen up and get ready for your next Nature Wildlife SeaVentures.

After that, you will leave Sepilok and travel to the Kinabatangan River — known as the gate to eco-tourism. This drive takes about 2 hours and passes through many small villages and palm oil farms. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of local life and rich Nature.

Around 1:00 PM, you will arrive at Bilit village, right by the river. From there, take a short 5-minute boat ride on a local “sampan” to cross the river. This quick ride is part of your Nature Wildlife SeaVentures journey and gives you your first feel of the jungle river life.

Once you reach the jungle lodge (3-star), you will check in and have lunch. This is a good time to rest and enjoy the peaceful Nature around you.

Later in the day, at 4:00 PM, get ready for a river cruise — one of the highlights of your Nature Wildlife SeaVentures experience. During this boat trip, you will explore the Kinabatangan River to look for wild animals. You might see Proboscis monkey, Long-Tailed Macaques, Orangutans, Hornbills, and Kingfishers.

This calm boat ride lasts about 1.5 hours. It is a wonderful way to enjoy Nature and spot amazing Wildlife in their natural home.

After the cruise, you will return to the lodge for dinner.

After dinner, if you wish, you can join a guided night jungle walk. A local guide is needed to keep everyone safe. This walk is a quiet way to hear and see jungle Nature Wildlife SeaVentures at night. If you prefer, you can simply relax at the lodge and enjoy the peaceful sounds of Nature Wildlife SeaVenturesall around you.

Day 4 Mabul Island

First, after an early breakfast, you will leave Bilit and travel straight to Sandakan Airport. This marks the beginning of another exciting Nature Wildlife SeaVentures journey. Your flight to Tawau is expected to depart at 8:55 AM.

Next, once you land in Tawau, you will meet your driver and continue by van to Semporna. This drive takes about 1.5 hours. Along the way, you can enjoy views of villages, green trees, and the quiet beauty of Nature.

After arriving in Semporna, you will have some free time to relax. You can walk around the town, enjoy a drink or snack, and take in the coastal views. This peaceful stop gives you a chance to rest before the next part of your Nature Wildlife SeaVentures adventure.

Later in the afternoon, around 4:00 PM, you will take a boat to Mabul Island. The boat ride takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the sea and weather. As you ride across the ocean, enjoy the fresh air and open sea — a true part of your SeaVentures journey into island life and Nature.

Then, once you reach Mabul Island, you will arrive at your resort (3-star). You will first receive a short briefing. After that, check in and settle into your room.

Finally, the rest of the day is free. You can walk by the beach, enjoy the ocean breeze, or watch the sunset. You might even see some Nature Wildlife SeaVentures like crabs, birds, or small fish near the shore. This is a perfect time to relax and enjoy the calm Nature Wildlife SeaVentures around you.

Day 5 Mabul Island

In the morning, you will wake up to the gentle sound of ocean waves. Then, enjoy a quiet breakfast while looking out at the sea. This is a peaceful way to begin your exciting SeaVentures day.

After that, you will prepare for your dive adventure. You will go on three boat dives with a friendly and professional Divemaster. These dives may take you to Sipadan, Si Amil, Mantabuan, or Kapalai Island. Each place is full of clear blue water, colorful coral, and rich sea Nature Wildlife SeaVentures.

Next, you can also enjoy unlimited Jetty House Reef dives at Mabul Island. This gives you more chances to explore Nature underwater, right near your resort. These reef dives are fun, easy, and part of the full SeaVentures experience.

For non-divers, there is still a lot to do. You can go snorkeling at Mabul Island or visit other nearby islands. This is a great way to enjoy the sea and see fish, coral, and other Nature Wildlife SeaVentures without going deep underwater.

Later in the day, you can rest by the beach or take a walk to enjoy the Nature around the island. Watch the sky change colors during sunset. Listen to the waves and feel the calm.

All in all, today is full of fun, sea, Nature Wildlife SeaVentures, and beautiful Nature. It’s a true Nature Wildlife SeaVentures experience.
