Day 1~KOTA KINABALU CITY TOURS

Firstly, meet upon your arrival at the airport and you be brought for Kota Kinabalu City Tour. Then, we will visit the museum, Mosque a beautiful piece of architecture, Chinese Buddhist temple, Signal Hill the highest point in the city with full view of Kota Kinabalu, and a unique place to visits Tun Mustapha Tower. This 30 storey building has 72 polygon sides and 2,160 reflective glass panels and able to stand 272 Kms wind speed. The last stop will be the Filipino handicraft shop thereafter you be transfer to your preferred hotel. Free & Leisure rest of the day.

Day 2~KINABALU NATIONAL PARK

First, we collect you up at your accommodation at 8:00 a.m., then we drive overland through the stunning Crocker Range countryside. Normally, it takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to travel to Kundasang, which is at the foot of Mount Kinabalu, before you arrive at Pekan Nabalu, your first stop. Meanwhile, it is well-known for its mountain views and regional handicrafts. to Kinabalu National Park, keep going. We’ll go to the Botanical Garden here to see species including kerosene trees, pitcher plants, ferns, orchids, and rhododendrons, among others. A park ranger will then lead you and give you a brief introduction to the flora and animals, some of which are unique to Borneo.

After that, we proceed for your lunch at a local restaurant. Generally, Poring means bamboo in local dialect, are located 42km from the park headquarters. Identically, the trek through a hill dipterocarp forest rich in wild fruit trees and animal life. We also will passing giant bamboos and ginger plants with edible flowers to reach a jungle-canopy walkway 40m above ground (non-advisable to those who are phobia of heights). Then relax in open air outdoor tubs filled with hot or cold running mineral waters. Otherwise, visiting the Butterfly farm and short jungle trail are available for those who want to venture more. Lastly, your transportation will bring you back to Kundasang located at the foothill of mount Kinabalu for your overnight stay at Cottage Hotel by 1630 hours.

Day 3~KINABATANGAN RIVER

We travel overland approximately 5 hours to Bilit, at the heart of Kinabatangan. Generally, Bilit have 10 species of primates namely Proboscis monkeys, Langurs, Macaques, Orang Utan, Slow Loris, western tarsier. It’s also contain 8 species of hornbills such as Rhinoceros Hornbill, Pied Hornbill, Black Hornbill, Helmeted Hornbill (50kg, 120cm), kingfishers, bubuls, trogons, flycatchers and many many more wildlife. Upon arrival, a warm welcome by the staff followed by an afternoon tea with some local bites. After that, you will be having a short briefing by your guide. We will only take an afternoon cruise (4.00pm) along the Kinabatangan River (Sabah’s longest river at 560km). Here, you can observe wildlife on the boat itself. Finally, dinner and overnight at Kinabatangan River.

Day 4~SEPILOK REHABILITATION CENTER AND KOTA KINABALU

Firstly, we’ll head to Sepilok, the facility for rehabilitating orang utans. At 1000 hours, the feeding began, and it typically lasted one hour. Moreover, we visit the Nature Education Center’s Exhibition Hall, take in the scheduled film programme about the orang utan and SOURC (25 minutes), and observe the orang utan being fed. After that, head to the airport in Sandakan to catch your flight back to Kota Kinabalu at 14:20. Tour is over.
