Visit the “Tangkob” and learn how rice was stored in the olden days, how local rice wine isv made and also taste the famous produced rice wine or locally known as “Lihing”.  Experience activities such as;

shooting with the traditional blow-pipe (monopuk) – catapult (lastik) – stilt walk (tampanau) – sago grating (mamagalus) – sago grub (butod) – (seasonal)  Experience the hanging bridge over the Moyog River.

01.“THE BUFFET LUNCH PACKAGE”

Guests can also enjoy their afternoon at Monsopiad Heritage Village with lunch and Cultural Show creating a uniquely interactive cross-culture experience. Guest will be invited on a short guided tour of Monsopiad Heritage Village and discover the rich heritage and natural heritage of Sabah. After the guided tour, guest will proceed to the main hall for a buffet lunch. The lunch will consist of local specialties. Cultural Show will begin during lunch. Guest will have the opportunity to participate in the traditional dances of the Kadazan, Murut and many other dances from the indigenous tribes of Sabah after each show.

11:45AM Guest will proceed to the main hall for a buffet style lunch. The food will consist of a mixture of local specialties inclusive of mineral water. All carbonated drinks, liquor, beers and local rice wine will be at guest expense.

12:00PM Cultural Show begins… Guests will be invited to take part in the cultural dances after each show and also get a chance to try shooting with one of the traditional hunting weapon – the blowpipe. 12:30PM Cultural Show ends. Guest will have the opportunity to take photograph with the dancers and musicians.

12:45PM Guests will then be split into groups if necessary and be brought on a guided tour in the village by Monsopiad Heritage Village in-house guide.

1:30PM Event ends.

After the guided tour, guest will proceed to the main hall for hi-tea. The hi-tea will consist of local delicacies. Cultural Show will begin during hi-tea. Guest will have the opportunity to participate in the traditional dances of the Kadazan, Murut and many other dances from the indigenous tribes of Sabah after each show.

“THE HI-TEA PACKAGE”

2:30PM Arrival of guests. Guests are then led to the Riverside Café where they will be served their welcome drinks and followed by the guided tour. Guests will then be split into groups if necessary and be brought on a guided tour in the village by Monsopiad Herritage Village in-house guide.

3:30PM After the guided tour ends, guest will proceed to the main hall for a buffet style Hi-tea. The food will consist of a mixture of local specialties inclusive of cordial, coffee and tea. All mineral water, carbonated drinks, liquor, beers and local rice wine will be at guest expense.

4:00PM Cultural Show begins… Guests will be invited to take part in the heritage dances after each show and also get a chance to try shooting with one of the traditional hunting weapon – the blowpipe.

4:30PM Cultural Show ends. Guest will have the opportunity to take photograph with the dancers and musicians.

03.DINNER PACKAGE 

Inclusive: Transportation,Dinner buffet,welcome drink, culture show And Guided tour.

The dinner package offers guest a uniquely interactive cross-heritage experience. They will be invited to a short guided tour visit in Monsopiad Herritage Village to discover the rich heritage and natural heritage of Sabah. Guests will then proceed to the main-hall for a local specialties buffet style dinner.

The cultural dance performance will begin with an interactive Cultural Show that will allow them to participate in the traditional dances of the Kadazan, Murut and many other dances from the indigenous tribes of Sabah. Together with the experience of blow pipe shooting, this will be an unforgettable evening for all guests! Monsopiad Heritage Village can also provide fire show performance upon request by agents.

“THE DINNER & CULTURAL SHOW”

6:00PM Arrival off guest

6:15PM Guests are then led into the compound of the Monsopiad Heritage Village where they will be given a short introduction and be served welcome drink. Guests will then be split into groups if necessary and be brought for a guided tour throughout the village.

7:00PM After the guided tour, guests will proceed to the main hall for dinner. The dinner will be served buffet style and the menu will consist of a mixture of local specialties inclusive of cordial, coffee and tea. All mineral water, carbonated drinks and rice wine will be at guest expense.

7:30PM The Heritage Dance Performance begins.. Guests will be invited to take part in the heritage dances after each dance performed, and later try one of the traditional hunting weapons the blow pipe.

8:00PM Fire show begins! (Upon request)
