Day 1~ Kota Kinabalu City Tour. Borneo Trip 2Days 1Night

Firstly, our driver will pick you up from your hotel or airport, marking the exciting start of your Borneo Adventure 2D1N journey.

Then, enjoy a half-day city tour, exploring some of the most beautiful and famous spots in Kota Kinabalu. This will make your Borneo Adventure 2D1N truly special.

Next, visit the 30-story Wisma Tun Mustapha, also called the Sabah Foundation Building, a unique architectural wonder. This iconic site is a highlight of your Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

After that, explore the Sabah Museum, where you will learn about Sabah’s history, culture, and traditions. This stop adds great value to your Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

Moving forward, admire the Sabah State & City Mosque, a stunning structure with golden domes and beautiful surroundings. This visit enhances your Borneo Adventure 2D1N experience.

Later, head to Signal Hill, a natural viewing spot that offers breathtaking city views. This is another must-visit location on your Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

Afterward, browse through a local handicraft market, where you can find handmade souvenirs and gifts. This is a perfect way to remember your Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

Finally, our driver will take you back to your hotel or any shopping mall in the city. This marks the end of the first day of your Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

The rest of the day is free and easy, allowing you to relax or explore at your own pace.

Day 2~ Kinabalu Park & Poring 

Next, Borneo Adventure 2D1N continues with an 8:00 AM pickup for a scenic drive to Kundasang, at the foot of Mount Kinabalu. The journey takes about 1 hour 45 minutes.

First, stop at Tamparuli Bridge for traditional music show. Then, Pekan Nabalu, once a base camp for Sir Hugh Low’s Mount Kinabalu climb. Today, it is famous for local crafts and beautiful mountain views, making it a great stop on Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

After 30 minutes, the journey continues to Kinabalu National Park, where climbers register before hiking. Then, visit Timpohon Gate, the starting point for Mount Kinabalu climbs. Also, stop at the Park HQ and Botanical Garden, a perfect place for taking photos during Borneo Adventure 2D1N.

Next, travel to Poring, 42 km from the Park HQ. Walk through the green forest, passing fruit trees, bamboo, and ginger plants before reaching a 40-meter-high canopy walkway. However, this is not recommended for those who are afraid of heights.

After that, relax in outdoor tubs filled with natural hot or cold water. For more fun, you can visit the Butterfly Farm or take a short jungle walk, see big tree and waterfall, making Borneo Adventure 2D1N even more special.

By 4:00 PM, you will be transferred back to your hotel or the airport, marking the end of Borneo Adventure 2D1N.
